A 2.5 Hour Women’s Sacred Circle of Gentle Movement, Group Sound Together, and a Heart Gathering.
Step into a sacred space where the rhythm of your heart meets the rhythm of the earth.
In this beautiful 2.5 hour gathering, you’ll be held in the warmth of the women's community as we start with brief gentle movement, drum together, stand inside the resonance of a sacred singing bowl while it is played, and weave our voices into a living poem.
Here’s what you can expect:
Briefly arrive to gentle, soul-awakening movement to release tension and open the heart
The Standing Bowl Ritual: feel deep, grounding vibrations rise through your body as women drum a heartbeat rhythm around you
The Collective Poem: a co-created tapestry of words born from the evening’s energy
Closing Sound Bath Journey: drift into a state of deep peace with beautiful sound instruments.
No experience needed — just come as you are. This is your time to soften, reconnect, and remember the beauty of being fully alive in your body. This is open to all ladies, this is a soft gentle practice, open to those to join in and also take a pause when needed. This is your space, your time, your community, welcoming all the feelings.
