Mid-Day Sound Bath Meditation Journey 12:15-1:00pm.
This experience is lovingly enhanced with Reiki infusion, bringing an added layer of healing and harmony to the event (no touch, just infused in the room during our journey).
Step into a sacred space where sound becomes medicine. Each sound healing session is a unique journey designed to bring your mind, body, and spirit back into harmony. Through the gentle power of vibration, you'll be guided into a deep state of relaxation, clarity, and inner peace.
No movement required, just relax and enjoy.
No two sessions are the same — you may experience a variety of healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, harp and more. We love to offer something different each time you come. Every journey is intuitively guided to meet you exactly where you are, offering what your energy needs most in the moment.
Whether you're releasing stress, moving through emotional blocks, or simply seeking stillness, this is your time to rest, realign, and receive.

As a Reiki Master, Staci will infuse the room with Reiki to add a beautiful healing to your session.
Dress comfortable, bring your pillow and light blanket for extra comfort. Most people do get cold during sound journey.
Arrive 15 minutes early as we will lock the door shortly after. No entry after we begin.
